Over the last few years I've worked on a diverse range of products and problem spaces—from customer support helpdesks & conversational design to food and goods delivery apps. Currently working at Tines, a secure workflow builder.
Over the last few years I have explored and got my hands on many different industries and problem spaces. From designing products from propery-tech solutions; B2B & SaaS products, applications food delivery space to desinging customer support / helpdesk & conversational products.

I found my passion for design in 2017, when I realised that when building websites and writing front-end code in my free time, what i enjoyed most was the feeling of seeing the visual results and impact of front-end development. I knew then that design was where I wanted to be.
Over the last 7 years having worked in many different problem spaces and industries (customer support / conversational design, property tech and a B2C food delivery application) I have become a versatile end-to-end designer—researching & shipping big features and products in complex systems.
More recently, I have specialised in conversational design, where research is a huge part of my work. I have spent the last 18 months in Berlin, Germany leading user focus groups and interviews to develop an internally owned support platform from scratch at Wolt.com.
As of July 2024, I am back in Ireland working as a Senior Product Designer at Tines.
A project carried out at Wolt, a european food delivery platform. Designing a peer to peer communication system that allows Wolt customers to communicate with their courier during order delivery.
